I invite you to join me for a restorative yoga and Reiki session designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection to your true self and consciousness.

 

In this class, you will find a safe and comfortable environment to meet yourself beneath daily beliefs and barriers. Through restorative yoga poses, your body will transition into the parasympathetic nervous system—the "rest and digest" state—allowing your insistent thoughts to quiet so you can be fully present.

 

The flow of each class is uniquely tailored to those who attend and what arises within the group. It is a dedicated space to breathe, connect, and sit with whatever is present.

Reiki Shares are for any level Reiki practitioner.  It is a time to connect, give and receive. ​

Deep Restorative Workshop with Reiki Healing with me and Sue Taylor 

Sue and I will offer a Deep Restorative workshop with the added healing benefits of Reiki.

The overall intention of restorative yoga is to calm the nervous system, release muscular tension, and allow for your body to rest and digest. We will use blocks, bolsters, and blankets in order to support you in the restorative yoga poses. In this supported stillness, you have access to the subtle physical and energetic changes in your body.

This is a hands-on practice.

The endless amount of questions that come after a Reiki I training is a common side effect of the Reiki journey.  Come join me in trying to figure them out together.  There are no questions, comments or stories off the table.  Come connect with a spiritual community that will fuel your soul.
